Bilal Malyar is the President and Founder of Rasa Sunrise Consulting. Along with the other partners, he believes in genuinely caring about driving measurable results for clients and create a rewarding and stimulating environment for professionals. He is responsible for managing the company, formulating long-term strategies, and driving growth.

Malyar is recognized in the industry as a strategist who brings innovative ideas as a leader and an expert in transformational strategy development. He worked in many companies in leadership roles, leading their Financial Planning, Analysis, Audit, Assurance, Risk and Operation Management.

Malyar holds a Bachelor’s in Electrical Engineering  with a specialization in Renewable Energy. He earned his executive master’s degree in Renewable Energy and Sustainable Development. He earned his second Master’s in Business Administration and Industrial Development from Reading University UK.

Malyar has extensive experience managing multi-phase initiatives. These include strategy, program management, business intelligence, compliance, validation, quality systems, organizational design, training, and change management. He has over 8 years of experience working in the Afghanistan region.
